Business Engagement Approach

Your involvement in the project is critical to your success.  Through regular meetings, strategy sessions and a lot of communication, a plan will evolve that you can rely on.  A plan that can be shared with stakeholders and potential investors.

After there is a plan in place I suggest meeting at least once a month to track adherence to the plan and to discuss impacts of potential changes due to opportunities or market conditions
